SSQ CONSULTING COMPANY
COACHING AGREEMENT

SSQ Consulting Company (SSQ) provides short sale coaching services to the client (CLT) on a monthly basis at a rate of $100 per month, non-refundable. Each month, after the initial payment, this agreement will automatically renew unless notification is received within 15 days of the next billing cycle. Billing cycles occurs on the 1st day of each month. Termination of this agreement may be sent via US mail, fax or email. Payments to be made by credit card only. No personal checks or cash will be accepted.
Initial payment can be made online at the website (www.ssqconsulting.com) or via phone at 877-210-6269, and will be billed within 24 hrs of the transaction request. All credit card information will be held only for the purposes of renewing agreements and will not be shared with outside sources.
Coaching services consist of verbal, electronic mail (email) and/or fax communications. All coaching advice will be given to the CLT by SSQ based on short sale knowledge and experience. All coaching advice and direction will be given in good faith. SSQ does not guarantee success in all of the CLT’s short sales, and takes no responsibility for the foreclosure or failure of a short sale. SSQ will only coach the CLT and not associates, employees, sellers or buyers. The CLT will be given unlimited communication during the hours of 8am to 6pm Monday through Friday during a paid coaching month. SSQ will review any and all short sales presented by the CLT. Files will be kept for each CLT.
It is the responsibility of the CLT to present questions and scenarios in a condensed format and have details available for SSQ when determining a course of action to be taken by the CLT. CLT will be prepared with questions, property conditions, seller information, mortgage information, mortgage/bankruptcy contacts, or documents regarding a specific subject property. SSQ will provide concise information and suggestions, when available. All information given by SSQ is based on experience and knowledge of the Mortgage Lender’s Loss Mitigation options.
SSQ and/or coach are not an attorney or CPA. CLT should seek counsel from an attorney or CPA on any state specific issues or legal advice. Coaching services may include, but are not limited to, free-style consulting, mortgage analysis, financial analysis, seller or client consultation, and pre-foreclosure short sale analysis. No guarantee is given by SSQ to CLT regarding the outcome of each case. Each case is unique and cannot be pre-determined as successful, until closing. SSQ is not responsible for cases resulting in denial of workout option by any party to the transaction, foreclosure, or bankruptcy. SSQ is not liable for the outcome of any transactions or other actions of the CLT related to the subject property.
CLT will indemnify and hold SSQ (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees), harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to, or arising out of CLT’s breach of this agreement, or CLT’s violation of any law or the rights of a third party. Electronic acceptance of this agreement is acceptable to both parties and constitutes a binding contract.
